Crystal is dedicated to guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being through vibrational therapy, sound baths, breathwork, and talk therapy.

This immersive experience is designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, using the power of sound healing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner clarity. Whether you're new to sound baths or already a fan, this session will leave you feeling grounded, connected, and renewed.

What to Expect:

- A two-hour sound bath experience

- Guided breathwork and light intention setting

- Herbal tea bar + light bites

- A serene and cozy setup for ultimate relaxation

What to Bring:

- Yoga mat

- Eye mask

- Socks

- A blanket, pillow, or bolster for added comfort

Important Details:

- Doors open at 12:00 PM

- No entry after 12:20 PM to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted environment

Free parking is available in front of the venue.
